Although we would appreciate our clients adhering to our set hours, we understand that there may be certain extenuating circumstances that do occur unpredictably.  Therefore, we will allow for pet drop-offs and pick-ups outside of our set hours if clients make the effort to call before hand.  Please keep in mind that if your dog is receiving a bath, we will need ample time to fully dry your pet.
